			It was great to get samples by post before buying as I can't afford to spend hours going round 'shops'. The range of tiles is fantastic and this was the only site where I found exactly what I was looking for. When I placed the order the tile cutter I wanted was out of stock but, after a courtesy call, the order was made up with items to a greater value. The tiles arrived quickly and the driver kindly brought the heavy boxes indoors for me. It was several months before I got round to fixing the tiles but they are great quality, were excellent value and are a superb match for my new kitchen worktops. 			Samples arrived quickly; then the ordering process was simple and fast. The tiles were delivered as planned - the driver was really helpful and unloaded them into my garage, as requested. Overall, an excellent experience - wish other companies would be this good, but, unfortunately, Tile Flair is the exception, rather than thew norm. 			My samples arrived very quickly. I went to the store the next day and found the staff really helpful they answered all my questions, helped me will all the other products I needed and order arrived very quickly. 			My sample tiles arrived very quickly over a bank holiday weekend!!! Went and ordered them the next week, arrived within 2 days. Loved the fact that could order the tiles individually and not just have to buy a whole box when only needed a handful. by debbie giles on 16/06/2011



			I'm not yet sure you have all the tiles I am seeking. However, I received my tile samples promptly. Following a few days, I received a phone call from Sophie to see if the samples were OK. On explaining my difficulty in finding complimentary tiles to go with the sample received, Sophie searched your stocks and then emailed me her ideas. Very helpful. Thank you Sophie. 			Great service, great tiles, great prices. Couldn't find what we wanted in the shops, you appeared to have just what we were looking for, the free samples confirmed this. Tiles ordered delivered promptly, job almost completed but because of a few changes to our plans we ended up a few tiles short. No problem these were swiftly delivered, free p&p however small the quantity, brilliant, thats what I call customer service, something that's in very short supply these day's, so very refreshing when you do come across it. 			HI.I HAVE JUST ORDERED A SECOND LOT OF SAMPLES FROM YOU. YOUR SERVICE IS GREAT, I JUST CANT FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WANT.I WANT TO USE DIFFERENT TONES OF CREAMS/BEIGES AND REDS. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND SHADES OF RED. DOENT ANYONE ELSE LIKE THE COLOUR? I DONT WANT SHOCKING REDS, BUT A RANGE FROM DEEP TO LIGHT/PINK. I CANT NOT GO ROUND THE SHOPS AS I AM DISSABLED.I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE THEM AND NOT HAVE TO PICK FROM A BOOK.YOUR SITE IS GREAT FOR THAT. HOPE TO FIND WHAT I WANT SOON! 			I found that choosing tiles for my bathroom and kitchen was a nightrmare, so many places to visit and look at tiles, but I was at Cribbs Causway shopping, and came accross Tileflair, well, what a breath of fresh air!, fantastic showroom, and the best service and advice you could ever want. With a little help I soon found exactly what I was looking for, and the price was excellent as well!.
