All orders over £100 including VAT will be delivered free (standard delivery) to the UK mainland, all orders under £100 including VAT will be charged £30 for standard delivery. Please contact our Helpdesk to discuss any delivery you would like to a non-UK mainland address. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays only). Orders are generally delivered the day after dispatch (weekdays only) but take longer to reach the Scottish Highlands and Islands as well as non-UK mainland addresses such as the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. Please contact the Helpdesk for further information.
Please note the Helpdesk will be closed on Bank Holidays, but orders can still be made online. All orders will be confirmed and all enquiries answered as soon as the Helpdesk is open again after the Bank Holiday.
After we have received your order, we will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery/ collect from store date is possible. It is imperative, therefore, that you state your email address and telephone number accurately on your order.
You can request a special delivery time. For orders over £100 including VAT you can specify morning for a charge of £10. If this delivery time is not confirmed or possible, you will be refunded the additional delivery charge. You can specify a timed delivery for a charge of £15 or you can request a delivery on a Saturday morning for a charge of £30. Please indicate any special requirement when you place your order.

Tileflair charge cost prices for delivery, we do not profit from delivery charges.
Please make sure you will be in when the delivery is due as you must sign for it. There is a charge of £15 for each return visit if you are not in. Our delivery driver will deliver to the nearest safe location at your property. For insurance and health and safety reasons, the driver cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order as any missing, damaged or wrong items must be advised in writing to us within two working days of the delivery. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact our Helpdesk.
