Book a Showroom Appointment

Beat the queue and book a Showroom Browsing Appointment at your local store. Each session will last 45 minutes and will allow you to arrive at your chosen store just minutes before your appointment and avoid any queues. We request that only you and one other attends your Showroom Browsing Appointment to help us adhere to social distancing guidelines.

So that we can operate a COVID-19 Secure shopping environment for you and our staff, there are some changes in place in our stores.

  • Maximum 2 people per viewing group.
  • Please ensure you wear a mask whenever you are in one of our stores and maintain at least 2 metres distance between you and other customers/our staff.
  • Should we be very busy, we will be operating a mixed trade and retail queue so you may find that a trade customer behind you in the queue is invited into the store before you as they will not be browsing for tiles.
  • We have a Sanitising Station at the entrance to each store and request that you use the hand sanitising gel provided before entering the store.
  • Please follow all instructions/notices in the store and try to limit the amount of touching products as possible to help us keep the area sanitised. We can organise samples for you to take away with you for you to try at home.
  • We are only accepting payment via card at this time.
  • Our toilets are not open for public use.
