How we are helping our Retail customers

In line with the latest Government lockdown, all our showrooms are temporarily closed for retail browsing. Whilst you aren't able to enter our showrooms to choose tiles at the moment, there are lots of other ways we can help you Create Something Beautiful:

  • Our website is open for online orders and samples, with free contactless kerbside deliveries direct to your home for orders over £150.
  • Contact our helpdesk expert on 0117 959 8891 or email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk if you need any help with your online order, advice and assistance with project planning, measurements or tile selection.
  • If you'd prefer to see our tile displays, we are offering a personal shopping service where one of our experts will take you on a virtual tour around our showroom and help you with your tile decisions; we can even arrange to send you samples. Email us with your phone number and we'll call you back to arrange a time and day to suit you.
  • If you would prefer a telephone consultation, email us with your phone number and we'll call you back to arrange a time and day to suit you.

All existing and future orders will be fulfilled as normal.

How we are helping our Trade customers

As a business serving the trade/construction industry and in line with recent Government communication regarding the latest lockdown, our branches will be remaining open for trade counter service and call & collect orders. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and further Government advice.

Please remember to wear a face covering when you are in one our of branches and to use the hand sanitiser provided, maintain social distancing guidelines and use contactless payment wherever possible.
