Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange a kerbside delivery date that is convenient for you. If you require an urgent delivery please email sales@tileflair.co.uk and we will accommodate you as best as possible.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left then a redelivery charge of £30 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver (standard delivery).
For insurance and health and safety reasons our delivery drivers cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order for any missing, damaged or wrong items. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact the Helpdesk.
Tileflair endeavour to deliver your tiles as quickly as possible, but occasionally experience stock delays, which can sometimes extend the delivery timescale. Please email sales@tileflair.co.uk for further information and to check current stock levels.
Tile Samples: All tile samples are posted to you. Cut 100x100mm Tile Samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and delivered via Royal Mail.
Full size samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally despatched within 2 working days and delivered by either Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
Special Order Tiles: Special order tiles are not stocked for the mass market. Some tile designs are simply worth waiting for. Please note that the standard lead time for these tiles are 2-3 weeks providing factory have stock. You can email sales@tileflair.co.uk for updates regarding your order. Special order tile orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once shipped.
