Showroom Browsing is available from 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: We are limiting the number of people in each store to ensure we can adhere to the social distancing guidelines. This may result in some queueing, for which we apologise. Why not book a Showroom Browsing Appointment instead and beat the queue?

We request that only you and one other enters the store as part of your browsing group to help us adhere to social distancing guidelines.

So that we can operate a COVID-19 Secure shopping environment for you and our staff, there are some changes in place in our stores.

  • Maximum 2 people per viewing group.
  • Please wait outside the store in the area marked and queue according to the floor graphics, ensuring you maintain at least 2 metres distance between you and the next person in the queue.
  • We will be operating a mixed trade and retail queue so you may find that a trade customer behind you in the queue is invited into the store before you as they will not be browsing for tiles.
  • We have a Sanitising Station outside the store and request that you use the hand sanitising gel provided before entering the store.
  • Please follow all instructions/notices in the store and try to limit the amount of touching products as possible to help us keep the area sanitised. We can organise samples for you to take away with you for you to try at home.
  • We are only accepting payment via card at this time.
  • Our toilets are not open for public use.

Please do not enter the store if you are experiencing any symptoms of Coronovirus or if you have been advised to quarantine.
