Delivery Options

Collection from any of our stores is Free.

Free and fully flexible deliveries available

 

These prices apply to all UK Mainland addresses with an aim to despatch orders within two working days. For any other UK locations please contact the Helpdesk on 0117 959 8888 to discuss delivery options available to you. UK mainland is defined as most parts of the island that comprises England, Scotland and Wales.

Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange a delivery date that is convenient for you. If you require an urgent delivery please contact the Helpdesk and we will accommodate as best as possible.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left then a redelivery charge of £15 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver.

For insurance and health and safety reasons our delivery drivers cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order for any missing, damaged or wrong items. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact the Helpdesk.

Tileflair endeavour to deliver your tiles as quickly as possible, but occasionally experience stock delays, which can sometimes extend the delivery timescale. Please contact the Helpdesk for further information and to check current stock levels.
