Branch Manager, Reading
We are looking for a Branch Manager who is able to lead a well established team to achieve sales targets whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service. You will be dealing with a mix of customers from the general public updating their homes through to builders and developers.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, results orientated, persuasive and keen to take responsibility for all aspects of the branch. Leading a strong team, you will build on the impressive level of sales already being achieved. Your previous experience is less important than your future potential and previous management experience is not essential.
