FAQs
What tile accessories do I need to start tiling?
You'll typically need adhesive, grout, spacers, a tile cutter, and tools like a trowel and sponge. Depending on the space, you may also want trim, sealant or underlay. If you're not sure, contact us or visit your local showroom for expert advice and guidance.
What’s the difference between adhesive and grout?
Adhesive is used to stick the tiles to the surface, while grout is used to fill the gaps between them once they’re laid.
How do I know which adhesive or grout to choose?
It depends on your tile material and the location. For example, flexible adhesives are better for underfloor heating, and waterproof grout is ideal for bathrooms.
Do I need tile trim?
Tile trim is optional but helps create a clean, finished edge around tiled areas, especially corners or exposed edges, such as around windows.
Are these products suitable for natural stone tiles?
Yes, many of our accessories are compatible with stone tiles, but always check the product information or ask our team for guidance.
Can I buy tile tools and accessories separately?
Yes, everything is available individually so you can top up or replace what you need without buying full kits.
