Cancelling or Returning Your Order
Changed your mind? No problem. Contact us as soon as you decide to cancel and we'll do what we can to help. If it's too late to cancel delivery, we can help you arrange a return within the timescales below.

Returning Surplus Tiles
Ordered a few too many tiles? You can return unopened, full box quantities within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Returns over 20% of the original order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
📦 Courier returns require pallet collection. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions (section 8) for full details.
Damaged Tiles or Shortages
If your order arrives with any issues, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right by:
❖ Replace the item
❖ Repair it (if appropriate)
❖ Refunding you
Exclusions
🚫 We're unable to refund or exchange items with faults flagged before or at the time of sale.
🚫 We're unable to accept returns of any products from our Outlet range as they’re offered at at significantly reduced prices to clear.
🚫 We're unable to accept returns of Special Order tiles or LVTs as they are sourced specially for you.
