Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. If you need your tiles sooner, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help at helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or 0117 959 8891.
We deliver across UK Mainland only.
We’ll confirm your order and arrange a kerbside delivery date that works for you. For safety reasons, drivers can’t bring items inside, so please plan to move tiles onto your property. If you’re not in on the agreed delivery date, and there’s no safe place to leave the order, a £30 redelivery fee will apply.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything is missing or damaged so we can sort it out for you.
Click & Collect
Some items may need 1–3 days to reach your chosen store. We’ll contact you as soon as everything is ready to collect.
Returns
We hope you’re delighted with your tiles, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
If you’d like to return your order, just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and send the items back within the following 14 days. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that special order, clearance and LVT tiles are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
Surplus Tiles Return
You can also return unopened, full boxes of tiles within 30 days, though returns over 20% of the original order may incur a restocking fee. Courier returns will need pallet collection. Please refer to our T&C section 8.
Damaged or Missing Items
If anything arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know within 30 days and we’ll put it right with a replacement, repair or refund.
