Stock Availability & Delivery Commitments
We work hard to meet your chosen delivery date but, due to the fast-moving nature of our stock, there may be rare occasions when we're unable to fulfil an order as planned. This can happen due to supplier delays, shipping issues, or damages that occur during the packing process. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative date or a suitable replacement. We know how important timing is, and we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and supported.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UK mainland (England, Wales and most of Scotland). Some regions in the Scottish Highlands & Islands may have limited service - please contact us to confirm options.
Missed Delivery & Redelivery
If you're not in on the agreed date and there's no safe place to leave your order, a redelivery fee of £30 will apply. We'll always try to work with you to find the best solution.
Luxury Vinyl Tiles
LVTs are ordered especially for you, so they typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive. These are non‑returnable and non‑refundable, helping us offer high-quality specialist ranges. For advice before ordering, our team is here to help.
Special Order Tiles
Some tiles are worth the wait! Special order tiles typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive (subject to factory availability). These items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once shipped, but our team is happy to help if you have any questions.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please check your delivery carefully. If anything's missing or damaged beyond use, contact our online store team below and we'll arrange replacements.
