We aim to deliver Standard delivery service orders within three to five working days.

Collection from Stores: is free. Please wait for the Tileflair Helpdesk to contact you to arrange collection as your selected store may not have stock immediately.

The above prices apply to all UK Mainland addresses with an aim to deliver all Standard Delivery orders within three to five working days. For any other UK locations please contact the Helpdesk on 0117 959 8888 to discuss delivery options available to you. UK mainland is defined as most parts of the island that comprises England, Scotland and Wales.

Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange a kerbside delivery date that is convenient for you. If you require an urgent delivery please contact the Helpdesk and we will accommodate as best as possible.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left then a redelivery charge of £30 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver (standard delivery).

For insurance and health and safety reasons our delivery drivers cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order for any missing, damaged or wrong items. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact the Helpdesk.

Tileflair endeavour to deliver your tiles as quickly as possible, but occasionally experience stock delays, which can sometimes extend the delivery timescale. Please contact the Helpdesk for further information and to check current stock levels.

Tile Samples: All tile samples are posted to you. Cut 100x100mm Tile Samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally sent via Royal Mail and received within 3 working days.

Full size samples ordered before midday on weekdays are normally sent via Parcelforce and received within 3 working days.

Special Order Tiles: Special order tiles are not stocked for the mass market. Some tile designs are simply worth waiting for. Please note that the standard lead time for these tiles are 2-3 weeks providing factory have stock. You can contact the Helpdesk during office hours for updates regarding your order. Special order tile orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once shipped.
