Get the cost of your samples back when you place an order

To thank you for choosing samples from Tileflair, we'd like to refund you the cost of your tile sample(s) when you place a tile order worth £150 or more with us.

When you are ready to place an order, simply contact us and provide your sample order number and we will issue you with a single use discount code to the value of your tile samples for you to redeem when you checkout online. Sample tile refunds can only be issued at the point of when you place an order and not retrospectively.

How does the tile sample service work?

We understand that it can be very difficult to make a decision on which tiles would look best in your home when you’re shopping online, so we offer a tile sample service which covers most of our tiles*. You simply choose the tile(s) and the sample size you’d like and we’ll arrange for your selection to be delivered to you.

You can order sample tiles in 2 different ways:

  • Cut tile samples are cut down to an approximate size of 100 x 100mm to make postage easier as not many people have a letterbox large enough to receive a large full size tile. These are charged at £1 per cut sample and include packing and standard postage via Royal Mail.
  • Full size tile samples are charged at the published full tile price but packing and delivery is free. Any tiles larger than 600mm are better collected from your nearest store as they are often damaged in transit. Should you order one of these, we will contact you to arrange collection.

*Please note, decorative borders and insets cannot be ordered as cut samples but can be purchased individually. Please note that all tiles samples are subject to variation.

Important information when ordering sample tiles

All sample tiles must be different, any duplicates (including when placed as a different order) will be cancelled and refunded. Samples are only sent to addresses in the UK and all samples ordered before midday on weekdays would normally be sent within 48 hours. Samples ordered on Friday afternoons or over the weekend would normally be sent on the following Tuesday.
