Returns for Clearance Items
Clearance tiles are sold while stocks last and we cannot guarantee future availability. They are sold as‑seen, which is how we offer them at such great prices. Because of this, Clearance items can’t be returned or exchanged. We’re also unable to refund or replace products where any faults were noted before or at the time of sale. Please refer to our Clearance terms for full details.
Delivery

We deliver across UK Mainland only.
We’ll confirm your order and arrange a kerbside delivery date that works for you. For safety reasons, drivers can’t bring items inside, so please plan to move tiles onto your property. If you’re not in on the agreed delivery date, and there’s no safe place to leave the order, a £30 redelivery fee will apply.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything is missing or damaged so we can sort it out for you.
