Returns
Our outlet tiles are heavily discounted and available while stocks last, so once they're gone, we may not be able to restock them. For this reason, outlet items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We’re also unable to refund or replace products where any faults were noted before or at the time of sale. Delivery
Delivery for outlet tiles usually takes 5-7 working days. If you need your tiles sooner, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help at hello@tileflair.co.uk or 0117 959 8862.
We deliver across UK Mainland only.
We’ll confirm your order and arrange a kerbside delivery date that works for you. For safety reasons, drivers can’t bring items inside, so please plan to move tiles onto your property. If you’re not in on the agreed delivery date, and there’s no safe place to leave the order, a £30 redelivery fee will apply.
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything is missing or damaged so we can sort it out for you.
Click & Collect
We aim to have your outlet tiles delivered to your chosen store within 3-5 working days, although this may occasionally take a little longer. We’ll be in touch as soon as your order is ready to collect.
