  These prices apply to all UK Mainland addresses with an aim to despatch all orders within two working days. UK mainland is defined as most parts of the island that comprises England, Scotland and Wales.

  Once you have placed your order a member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and to arrange a kerbside delivery date that is convenient for you. If you require an urgent delivery please contact the Helpdesk and we will accommodate as best as possible.

  If you are not in when delivery is attempted on the agreed date and there is no safe location for the delivery to be left then a redelivery charge of £30 will need to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver (standard delivery).

  For insurance and health and safety reasons our delivery drivers cannot deliver goods in to your property. Be ready to check your delivery against your order for any missing, damaged or wrong items. If you receive any broken tiles which cannot be used for cuts please contact the Helpdesk.
