Assistant Branch Manager - Reading (ref. AM5)

A unique opportunity has arisen for outgoing individuals committed to the highest level of customer service to join the team at our Reading store.

Serving trade and retail customers, your previous experience is less important than your future potential. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, results orientated, energetic and persuasive. Working alongside the Manager taking responsibility for all aspects of the store, this position may suit either an established Assistant Manager or someone looking to take their first step into management.

Purchasing & Stock Controller - Head Office, Cribbs Causeway, Bristol (ref. PSC99)

The purpose of this role is to ensure we have an optimum level of stock to meet customer demand. For this position we are looking for a specialist who is logical, conscientious, co-operative and good with detail. You need to couple strong analytical skills with first class communication and negotiation skills, working closely with senior management to identify demand and negotiating with factories to ensure timeous supply at the best rate. You will be dealing with overseas factories and their agents as well as international hauliers and need to be comfortable using a variety of software programs.
