How do I order tiles?

When you have found the right tile for you, simply enter the qty or m² tile quantity in the boxes shown, then click the ‘Add to basket’ button. We always advise ticking the 10% cuts and wastage box just in case you have any breakages or need to make lots of cuts during installation. Not to mention that it’s always useful to keep some tiles as spares in case you ever need to replace any! When you’re ready to checkout, it’s just a matter of entering your delivery details* and confirming your order!

How do I cancel or change an order?

As long as the order has not been dispatched, then just give us a call on 0117 959 8891 between 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays (4.30pm Friday) and we’ll be happy to help with any changes that you may require.

Do you offer quotes?

Absolutely, we’re always here for any help and advice! Do you offer trade discounts?

What payment methods do you take?

Our website is able to accept major UK payment methods including Mastercard, Visa & Paypal.

What does 'sold by pack/box' mean?

These products only come in a pack/box including multiple tiles, instead of ordering in singles. Simply enter your required m² on the product page to see how many packs/boxes are required. A detailed breakdown of what’s included is shown in the product description.

What does 'special order' mean?

Special order tiles are often more unique in style, and while available to purchase, we do not hold permanent stock of them as they are ordered direct from the factory for you. The standard lead time for these tiles is 3-4 weeks, providing the factory have stock. Luxury Vinyl Tiles take 5 working days, but as they are a special order, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once shipped. We always recommend you order plenty of extra tiles to avoid a lengthy delay to your project just in case you have not ordered enough.

Are the tiles I order from the same batch?

Each individual tile order will use tiles from the same batch, so we always advise adding 10% for cutting and wastage before putting into your basket. Subsequent orders may be from different batches and our clearance tiles could be from mixed batches of tiles or discontinued goods.

What are your ‘clearance offer’ tiles?

Clearance tiles are the same quality as the rest of the tiles sold in Tileflair stores and online, but due to the nature of the product and the manufacturing process, each batch of tiles we buy from our suppliers can sometimes be a slightly different shade or tone. This means that we may end up with some tiles left over from a batch that do not exactly match the tiles we receive on our next delivery from the manufacturer. Consequently, tiles sold in the clearance section may all be the same batch or could be a mix of batches depending on the quantity required.

In addition, we discontinue lines from time to time and these tiles are then placed in the clearance section. Discontinued lines may also contain more than one batch and we can only sell the quantity of tiles that we have and cannot supply more in the future.

Are there any restrictions on your coupons/discount codes?

Our standard coupon/discount codes apply to nearly all of our fantastic tile ranges! Only our core collection, special orders, clearance and 20mm outdoor tiles are excluded.
