Can I cancel my order and return the tiles?

If you wish to return your tiles, then please email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or call 0117 959 8891.

    • You must inform us within 14 days starting on the last day you receive delivery of the goods.
      • You must return the tiles to us within 14 days after you inform us to wish to cancel your order.
      • We will then refund you within 14 days from the last day we receive the goods back from you.
      • You will be required to pay return delivery costs.
      • Tiles must be returned in a resalable condition and in their original boxes.

      Can I return surplus tiles?

      If you wish to return your surplus tiles, then please email helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk or call 0117 959 8891.

      • You must inform us within 14 days starting on the last day you receive delivery of the goods.
      • You must return the tiles to us within 30 days after you inform us to wish to cancel your order.
      • We will then refund you within 14 days from the last day we receive the goods back from you.
      • Tiles must be returned in a resalable condition and in their original boxes.
      • We do not accept loose tiles as returns.
      • We do not accept returns of our clearance tile range.

      What happens if my tiles are damaged upon arrival?

      Damaged tiles, shortages or any other errors must be reported to Tileflair in writing as soon as possible after delivery, so please check your order very carefully. No refund or exchange will be given for faulty goods in respect of faults or variances which have been indicated by us prior to or at the time of sale.

      What happens if my tiles are different to those ordered?

      If there are any issues with the tiles you have received, please take some pictures showing any problems, then send them in an email to us at helpdesk@tileflair.co.uk. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to find a resolution.

      While we do our best to present the most accurate tile images regarding colour, pattern and shading on our website, sometimes there may be slight inconsistencies. With this in mind, we’d always recommend ordering a tile sample to see how it matches your specific interior or exterior environment. Please note that due to variations in batches, your tile sample may not exactly match your tile order, particularly if there has been an extended gap between ordering your sample and placing your full tile order.
